As the Kitchen Manager of A‑Rooted Elevated Catering, I bring more than 25 years of culinary experience and a formal degree in the culinary arts. My passion for cooking runs deep, but my purpose is even deeper — to feed, uplift, and serve our community with integrity and love.
My goal is to ensure that everyone, including the homeless and those in need, has access to warm, nourishing meals made with care. Providing for my family and building strong roots through traditional home‑cooked dishes and rich cultural flavors is at the core of everything I do.
I take pride in delivering exceptional quality, heartfelt service, and food that brings people together. I am committed to honoring our traditions, strengthening our community, and creating meals that reflect both passion and purpose
